How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal information associated with Osphor, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request."

Information needed

Include the email address or account identifier connected to the request, the product or service involved, and enough context for us to locate the relevant records.

What can be deleted

Depending on the product or service involved, deletion may include account data, contact records, support messages, uploaded content, and related product data.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or operational reasons. Where retention is needed, we will limit retained information to what is reasonably required.

Processing window

Osphor aims to review deletion requests within five business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless additional time is required by the nature of the request or applicable law.
